A cobot as a filling robot: the advantages

Promation has designed its own filling robot: Cofiller. We can customize this cobot to suit your production.

Since it is a cobot you can be sure that you can safely introduce the robot into your business. You don't need to put fencing around it, because cobots work with humans.

No matter what you produce, a filling robot puts it into the right package smoothly and quickly.

Custom filling robot

On most production lines, we can install Cofiller, our own filling robot. We adapt this robot for your production process. Sometimes we also custom-draw a completely new filling robot. We tailor everything to the products and packaging the robot has to use:

Robot arm: how long should it be? How strong?
Gripper: what product and packaging should we be able to grab? How big should the gripper be? Of what material?
Steering box: we make these ourselves in our workshop. We first make a design of this, also in 3D. This way we can thoroughly check all dimensions.
Testing: only after we have fully tested the palletizer and are 100% satisfied will we come and install it at your place.

Cofiller packs the goods in boxes or bins.
Costacker gets the boxes or bins from Cofeeder and puts them neatly on pallets.
